Consulting Services
Rev. Dr. Rick Rouse currently serves as adjunct staff for the Grand Canyon Synod (ELCA) as a parish consultant working with congregations in the areas of disipleship/faith formation, leadership training, stewardship development, and strategic planning. He is available on a contract basis to work with congregations in the Grand Canyon Synod and across the ELCA.
Rick is President of the North American Association for the Catechumenate (NAAC) and is available to meet with congregations who are interested in exploring the catechumenate as a tool for faith formation and disciple-making.
Rick and his spouse, Beth Lewis, are often invited to speak at various conferences and church events including “First Call” seminars and the annual ELCA Head of Staff training event. Rick is also a certified trainer for Peter Steinke’s “Healthy Leaders, Healthy Congregations.” Reference available upon request. For inquires, see contact information on this website.
